Returns and Replacements

Custom-etched wine glasses are produced to order with your specific artwork, so they cannot be resold as standard inventory. Returns are not accepted on standard orders. Replacements are provided for damaged or defective merchandise.

Mockup approval

Before production begins, you approve a photorealistic 3D mockup. Production-run etching matches the approved mockup. We do not begin production until you have explicitly approved the design.

Defects

If any glasses arrive with manufacturing defects, photograph them within 48 hours of delivery and email Contact us. We replace defective units at no charge.

Transit damage

Glasses that arrive broken are replaced at no charge. Document the damage with photos before discarding, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement units ship within 5 business days.

Order cancellation

Orders can be canceled at no charge before mockup approval. After mockup approval and payment, orders enter production immediately and cannot be canceled.
