Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of PremiumWineGlasses.com and any orders placed for custom-etched glassware. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Production and pricing

All orders are custom-produced based on artwork you supply and a mockup you approve. Pricing is held at your approved tier for 12 months from the date of your first order. We will notify you of any pricing changes for orders placed after that 12-month window.

Artwork and IP

You represent that you own or have the right to use the artwork, logos, and brand elements submitted for etching. PremiumWineGlasses.com is not liable for IP disputes arising from customer-submitted artwork. We will not reproduce your custom design for other customers.

Payment

Orders under $5,000 require full payment at mockup approval. Orders $5,000+ accept a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipment. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and major credit cards.

Warranty

Etching is warranted against fading or removal for 1,500 commercial dishwasher cycles under normal use. Replacement glassware is provided at no charge for documented etching failures within the warranty period.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost revenue, missed event dates resulting from shipping delays caused by carriers, or business interruption.
