Four steps from your logo file to crystal wine glasses ready for service. Most projects run 3 weeks from approval to delivery.

1. Send your brand

Email Contact us or use the quote form with your venue name, logo file (vector preferred — .ai, .eps, .pdf, or high-res .png), primary brand colors, and rough target quantity. No vector logo? Send a photo of your signage and our designers will redraw it print-ready at no charge.

2. Free mockup in 24-48 hours

We render your etching on the actual glass shape you will be ordering — Bordeaux, Burgundy, tulip, stemless, or Champagne flute. The mockup is a photorealistic 3D render showing exactly how the etching will read when the glass is filled, when it is empty, and when it is photographed at the table. Unlimited revisions until you approve.

3. Approve and pay

Lock the final design, confirm quantity and glass-shape mix, and pay via ACH, wire, or credit card. We accept 50% deposit for orders over $5,000, with the balance due at production completion. For orders under $5,000 we collect full payment at approval. Production starts the same business day.

4. Ships in 3 weeks

Standard production runs 14-18 business days from approval to dock. Shipping adds 2-5 business days. Rush production (2 weeks total) is available for confirmed event dates. Reorders ship in 2 weeks because your artwork is already on file and we lock your tier pricing for 12 months.
