Standard production runs 14-18 business days. Shipping adds 2-5 business days within the continental US, 5-10 days for international destinations. Each order ships with a tracking number and confirmed delivery window.

Packaging

Glasses ship in custom-cut foam dividers inside double-walled cartons. Standard packing is 24 glasses per carton for full-stem, 36 per carton for stemless. Less than 0.4% breakage rate in transit across our shipping network.

Damaged shipments

If any glasses arrive broken, photograph the damage within 48 hours of delivery and email Contact us. We replace damaged units at no charge with standard 5-business-day production turnaround.
